Order and Returns

We have a 15 Days Returns Policy.

If you decide to return the items purchased to us within 15 days from the date of delivery to you, we will refund you the full amount. Please note that the goods should be returned to us in their original packing, with no visible marks, with the tags and should not have been used. Please see below the various possibilities:

1.  In case of defective items: we will refund to you the full amount, plus the return shipping charges incurred by you subject to a maximum shipping charges of 10% of the product cost or Rs 100, whichever is lower. The return shipping cost will be given to you in the form of Gift Coupons which can be redeemed at your next purchase.
2. If you changed your mind about the product- in this case too, we will refund to you the full amount. However, the return shipping costs will be borne by you in this case. Provided further that the product has to be returned in its original state and no product which is in a damaged state would be covered by this clause.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order if it has not been yet shipped from our end and we will refund the entire amount to you. In case of cancellation of an order after it has been shipped, it will be treated like a returned order ( point 2 above)

Dpjagan.com reserves to cancel and refuse to accept any order at its discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever. We will take all care to intimate the cancellations of any orders from our side within appropriate time and initiate the process of refund in case a payment has been made.

Refunds

We will process the refund on receipt of the returned product. We will initiate the process upon receipt of the returned product. Most refunds will be processed in a maximum of 10 days. Refunds will be made exactly in the manner, in which the original payment was made:

1. For products purchased on Cash on Delivery, DD or Cheque- we will send a Cheque to your name- same name as the one that appears on our original invoice.
2. For refunds on Credit Card payments , we will credit your card with the purchase amount.
3. For Net Banking Transfers, we will also refund the amount via Net Banking Transfer.

15 Days, No Questions Asked Return Policy.

You can return the product to us within 15 days ofreceiving it. We will take it back. No questions asked. Please keep in mind:

1. The product should not be used and should be in its original packing with price and other tags andthere are no visible marks of any kind.
2. The product to be returned to us via standard courier service.

Please see below the details of the returns of various kinds:

1. If the item is defective, you can return it to us and we will refund the return shipping charges,incurred by you. You may choose to ask for a replacement or for your money to be returned.The return courier shipping charges will be credited to you in the form of GiftCoupons which can be redeemed for your next purchase.
2. If you do not like the product, please return it to us in its original packaging and we will refund the amount paid. In this case however, we will not bear the return shipping charges. The cost of returning the product will be borne by you.. Provided further that the product has to be returned in its original state and no product which is in a damaged state would be covered by this clause.

International Returns:

International returns are treated in the same way as above. For international shipments, we accept returns as well but the return shipping charges have to be paid by the customer. The money refund will be done for the items returned in most cases with a direct transfer to the customer's bank account.
